Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must still be attached
- Item must be free of stains, odors, or damage

- Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Bodysuits / intimate items
- Final sale items

Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process it

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return your item and place a new order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping & costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
